HURRAH! New Class starting in August!
- Fridays 2:30pm for about 55 minutes
- At the Christ Church Hall on McCracken Street
- Bubs and toddlers welcome - bring every kid you can find if you like. Seem to be a lot of kids in Kenso. Collect 'em all
- The class is about 45 minutes, and is based on intervals
- We will do 45 seconds 'on' - exercising - and 15 seconds 'off' - rest
- You can do 10 seconds 'on' and 15 minutes 'off' if you like! :-)
- We will do a range of exercises - 45 different ones - over the class. A range of body weight resistance, cardio, and Pilates moves!
- High repetition, don't have to think much, can stop whenever to take care of bubba.
- There will be LOTS of options for different levels. You can make the class very simple and 'easy' or quite challenging. It's up to you!
- All exercises will be done on the spot, on your mat. So just bring your mat, and wear appropriate footwear! Joggers! Not your Jimmy Choos
- Open to pre-natal mummas, and post-natal mummas.
- If you have any particular issues let me know, and I will write you a separate little program!
