The Men's class is on a Wednesday night at 7:30pm for 45 minutes.

Blokes only! And teenage blokes! 

I focus on particular problem areas for males, and you can do your Pilates in the relative comfort of being surrounded by other people who also have hamstrings that feel 3cms long, who can't sit cross legged or hold their legs up in the air for very long! 

If you are a bloke you can of course attend all the other sessions too (I don't think you'll get that much out of the mums and bubs class though...) Go for it! 

This class is really popular and is usually booked out. Well done fellas. There are ten spots. Email me if you'd like to get involved though and I will get you started as soon as I can! 



(Quick note...I don't want to be displaying gender binarism or discrimination here and I hope you don't interpret it as so. Having a class just for 'men' is just a useful starting point so that I can address some of the common postrual issues that generally impact on males, due to their biology and physiology. If you identify as belonging in this class, go for it)
