I am offering a compact 6 classes a week in 2018 at the moment (plus Bonus Classes and Recorded Classes). All classes are 45 minutes, except for the mumma's class, which is around 60 minutes.
There is also usually one Bonus Class on offer per week each block too. See below!
Recorded Classes will also be on offer each block to those on The Everything - including Simple Sweat classes (on-the-spot body resistance/cardio work), Pilates, Pre-natal classes, and post-natal classes.

- Monday 9:30m - Pre-/post-natal
- Monday 8:00pm - Live Online Class
- Tuesday 6:30am - Pilates
- Tuesday 7:45pm - Pilates
- Thursday 6:30am - Combo Class
- Sunday 8:30am - Pilates
